Happy 50th Birthday Daddy!

Today my poor father turned 50. He wasn't too happy about being old and he wasn't even able to celebrate all that much because my Mom made him and me go to the Filipino American Women's' Club's 60th Anniversary. We did go out as a family to eat lunch at Round Table Pizza and that was a lot of fun but we didn't really do anything that special for his 50th Birthday. Next week we are going to Valley View Casino to eat at the buffet there for his birthday but it's sad that he has to wait so long to celebrate his birthday.Other than my Daddy's Birthday today I went to 2 other things. Mia (Audrey's Goddaughter) had her 4th birthday party today so we went there. The theme was princesses so there was princess stuff all over the place and the sad thing was that she didn't really care about any of it. All she wanted to do was bounce in the bouncy house with a slide and open her presents. Nothing else mattered to her. Audrey got to be Queen Audrey and read to all of the Princes (not Jane Princes but little boys pretending to be Princes) and Princesses at the party. All of the kids dressed up in princess dresses and they sat in the gazebo and listened to Audrey read some princess stories. It was cute.
After that I started getting ready for the Filipino American Women's' Club shindig and Bridget and Ken came over with pancit and a dessert thing and we sang "Happy BIrthday" to my Dad and then he and I had to mosey on out and go to the party. The party wasn't all that bad but it did take a LONG time. They announced almost everyone in the room and talked about them for a little bit. We didn't eat until like 8 when it started at 6 AND my food was undercooked. It was still bleeding so I didn't eat much but other than that I kinda had fun. I met new people and I made 2 new friends so it wasn't that bad. I did feel like I got a little bit older because everyone there was over 50 except like 6 people but it was fine. Well, I'm over the whole writing thing so here are some pictures from my day. BYE!
