Are you kidding me?!

I went to work today. I'm on spring break but I thought it would be a good idea to go to work, it wasn't. My teacher is out doing in service or something and I'm stuck with a sub. This sub is better than the other two subs I've had to work with in this classroom but man-o-man is it difficult to be a tutor when there is a sub. The kids don't like to do anything when they have a sub! I mean, I understand, I was the same way but COME ON! Today this boy would NOT move over to the next seat. It was just 1 seat over but he didn't want to and acted like a total baby when the sub told him to move over. I finally got him to sit in the other seat but he moved it over so it was practically where he was seated before. I counted it as a victory though because he did move to the next seat, it just didn't make a difference.
Right now we have prep period so I'm just waiting until 10:30 comes around so I can go to lunch. I'm kinda scared about staying for 3rd block... I hear they are the CRAZIEST class. The sub said last time two of them got in a fight and punched each other. I don't know if I'll survive but I'll do my best.
Once I get home I have to work on our family newsletter. I know what you're thinking, YES, a newsletter DOES usually come out during Christmas but we have been SLACKING. Audrey and I were in charge of the newsletter again this year and we were planning on getting it done early but we got really busy and well, I turned 21 last year so I had my whole family go on a trip for my birthday for about 10 days. When we finally got home it was the 23 and Audrey decided to go to Washington for 2 weeks after Christmas so we didn't have the opportunity to finish it until she got back. We thought we were going to get it done before I went back to school but Audrey got a long term sub job for the rest of January so she couldn't get the writing done until after that BUT by the time that rolled around I would be in school and therefore unable to do the layout. Well, Audrey didn't get the writing done so I couldn't do the layout and since it was February our desire to do it died... Right now we have the writing done but not the layout. I finished one part of it and pretty much set up most of it but I still haven't finished and since I'm on break I should have time to finish it. I still don't know why we are still sending one out though... NO ONE EXPECTS IT! My Mom has this weird need to do it though so whatever, as long as she is happy.
During break I have a lot that I need to do. I took an online class so I have to finish all of the online quizzes before next week Friday and I haven't taken ANY of them. It's a health class so there's a lot of reading involved and I'm just not that interested... I also have 2 midterms right after spring break so I need to study for those too this week. Other than that I just have a bunch of homework to do for my other classes and a huge paper that I need to write about geography which, if you really know me, is NOT my strong point. This week doesn't really feel like I'm taking much of a break but I did get to sleep in yesterday so that was a plus. Anyways, I lost the sub. I don't know where he went... He just disappeared. Oh well, I guess I just get to go to lunch earlier! BYE!
